Steven Salt had finally hung up his cape and mask to retire on a beach in peace and obscurity. His days of supervillainy were done and his criminal gang scattered to the wind. That is until he got his hands on a letter from his long thought dead and much beloved wife.

Somewhere in the city of Seaview Oregon, Steven has a teenage daughter, a girl hidden from him by government authorities and given a new identity. A girl who would need her father when her powers revealed themselves.
