February is the time for lovers.
At any given time, the Amazon category is filled with novels with no superheroes. However, those that have managed to break into the top 100 on a regular basis fall into the romance category. Because of that, we are looking to create a romance anthology as a marketing tool and to make some extra cash.
Your stories can include existing characters or new characters in your universe. We’ll be looking for stories that feature a romance starring supers. Whether it be a budding relationship, a fight for survival between partners or a passionate sexual interlude. All stories should follow the tropes expected by readers of the genre.
Superhero-Fiction is looking for up to ten (10) stories written by Superhero authors that speak to an adult audience. To utilize this as a marketing tool, we promote any stories that take place in your existing universe. We are open to all steam levels and would like the anthology to run the gamut of clean to sizzling. Since we are targeting the romance genre all stories should fall into the HFN (Happily For Now) or HEA (Happily Ever After.) The anthology will be released exclusively to Amazon and utilize KDP Select.
We want your romance stories from clean to steamy. We are open to graphic sex as long as it pertains to the story. The story must feature superheroes as a primary element to the story however the pairing is open to the author. We are open to all representations of sexuality and gender. We will not accept stories that promote racism, sexism, or messages of hate. We will not accept Fan Fiction.
